This policy applies to personal data processed on the VPNIdea marketing website and user panel. It explains what information this service uses to provide international route subscriptions, why it is processed, and how users can manage or delete it. Account and transaction records are separate from browsing activity over the routes, as described below.
Account Data and Its Use
An email address is not required to create an account; a username and password are enough. Email is not a required registration detail, and this service will not ask users to provide one to complete registration. Account authentication data is used to identify accounts, verify logins, and prevent unauthorized access. Do not include passwords or login credentials in support tickets.
Subscription status, data usage, and order records are used to deliver the service, calculate available data, confirm payments, and process refunds. Data usage is an aggregated record needed for billing and does not include a list of websites visited. Information users submit in support tickets is used to investigate issues and respond to requests; please provide only what is needed for troubleshooting.
What Is Not Logged
VPNIdea does not log which websites users access through its international routes. It does not store browsing content, destinations, or DNS queries that could reconstruct browsing activity, nor does it maintain route connection histories linked to accounts.
Route connection logs are not retained as historical records. Temporary operational state needed to maintain an active connection is released when the connection ends or the state expires, and is not turned into a user browsing profile. Account login authentication, order processing, and aggregated data usage remain necessary to provide subscription services; the logging policy does not conceal these activities.
Site Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to interactions with the website and user panel. They are not used to collect information about other websites users visit through the routes. Page visit records should not contain passwords, subscription credentials, or payment credentials.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary session state and save login credentials and language preferences. Users can view or clear this data in their browser settings. Clearing it may require logging in again or selecting a language again; clearing browser data alone does not delete account, order, or support ticket information on the server.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments involve third-party payment services or the relevant transaction network, whose data practices are described by those services. VPNIdea uses order identifiers, transaction amounts, payment status, and necessary transaction references to reconcile payments and deliver subscriptions. Users are not asked to submit third-party payment account passwords to this service.
Third-party payment pages are not directly governed by this policy. Before submitting payment information, verify the recipient details and the applicable privacy rules. Third parties may retain payment records independently; deleting a VPNIdea account does not also delete third-party transaction records.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while account services are provided. Order and refund data is retained until reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable retention obligations are complete. Support tickets and site analytics are retained only as long as needed for support, troubleshooting, and content improvements, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set a fixed retention period that has not been specified.
Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket page to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Account ownership must be verified before processing a request. Deletion may affect subscription use, so please state whether you also want to close the account. If some data cannot yet be deleted because of pending orders, disputes, or applicable obligations, we will explain why and restrict its use for other purposes.
Policy Updates and Questions
When this policy changes, the revised text will be published on this page and the month at the top will be updated. Significant changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, continued browsing does not replace that consent.
