Refund Policy
This page explains the refund commitment and process for VPNIdea subscription services. Before submitting a request, check your account's payment records and keep your order details. All refund requests are handled through user panel tickets to help verify transactions and track progress.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a full refund, no questions asked, within 60 days of your first payment. You do not need to demonstrate a connection issue or change routes or complete troubleshooting before submitting a request.
The refund window is based on the record of your first successful payment. Submit a ticket within that window and identify the order you want refunded. If information is missing when you submit the request, add it to the same ticket and keep the original request on record. Renewals, upgrades, or additional data package purchases do not restart the refund window for the first payment.
Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently. Data packages never expire in terms of data validity; this does not mean the refund window remains open indefinitely. For multiple payments, list each order separately so the ticket team can verify each transaction and the scope of your request.
Usage and Unusual Orders
Normal connection, importing a subscription, or using purchased data is not, by itself, grounds to deny a no-questions-asked refund requested within the refund window. This policy does not set a deduction rate for used data or a usage threshold that would remove refund eligibility. No unpublished usage standard will be used in place of the refund commitment.
Requests made outside the refund window are not covered by the commitment above. An order that was not successfully paid has no completed payment to refund. A transaction that has already been refunded will not be refunded again. If an order is still under payment review, first confirm whether the payment was actually received.
For suspected misuse of a payment account, duplicate refund requests, or accounts that may have violated the Terms of Service, transaction ownership and relevant facts must first be verified. Account restrictions and refund verification are handled separately; a “policy violation” label alone does not determine that a payment will not be returned. Any requested information and the outcome of the review will be provided through the ticket.
How to Apply and What to Provide
- Log in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, and clearly state that you are requesting a refund and identify the relevant order.
- Provide your account username, order number, payment time, amount paid, and payment method. For multiple orders, list each one separately to avoid including unrelated transactions in the request.
- If the payment record cannot be matched, provide proof of transaction as requested in the ticket. Redact personal information that is not needed for verification from screenshots. Do not submit your account password, wallet private key, or recovery phrase.
- Check the verification result and refund progress in the original ticket. Reply there if more information is needed, rather than submitting a duplicate request that could split the order details across tickets.
No email address is required; accounts use a username and password. Refund correspondence is also handled through user panel tickets, and you do not need to submit a request through any additional off-site contact method.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
VPNIdea supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments made through Alipay or WeChat are generally refunded through the original payment channel. Check the refund record on the relevant payment platform. Applicants should ensure they can view the transaction status of the original payment account.
USDT transfers are handled differently from refunds through payment platforms. Before processing, the original transaction record, network used, and a valid address for receiving the refund must be checked. A sending address is not automatically considered a valid receiving address. Confirm information in the ticket only when requested for verification.
If the original channel cannot process the refund, or verification is needed for the network, currency, or settlement amount, confirm an available option through the ticket first. Unstated conversion rules, fees, or alternative account credit arrangements should not be treated as refund terms accepted by the user.
Refund Status and Next Steps
Request verification, refund submission, and receipt of funds are separate steps. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel or on-chain processing, so this page does not promise a standard arrival time. Check both the ticket history and the payment channel's transaction records.
If the status shows that a refund has been issued but you have not received the funds, reply to the original ticket with the order number and refund record details that can be verified. You do not need to make another payment for verification. Once a refund is complete, the service benefits associated with that order end. Any other active orders on the account should be reviewed separately.
For details on how account information is handled, see the Privacy Policy. Future updates to this page should not be used to retroactively reduce refund commitments that clearly applied when payment was made. If records differ, keep the order and ticket details for verification.
